The weather was good and we (5 of us) were the only persons in the tour group. Florence the tour guide was knowledgeable and informative. She gave us a brief history of the vineyard. We were taken outside and saw the workers harvesting the grapes. She took us through the whole process from harvesting to aging of the wine in oak barrels.
